He's an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer & Nutritionist and a former Athlete for AllMax Supplements. Also being certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) in IT, Jatin designs plans and methodologies supported by technology to help you achieve your best shape and a sustainable fitness lifestyle.

My Story

Like every other normal person, there was a point in my life when I had no understanding or knowledge on how to get in your best shape and maintain a sustainable fitness lifestyle. It has always been a goal of mine to build the best version of myself both physically and mentally. 

And then came the time, when I acquired the right knowledge and the right resources to achieve my fitness goals. After 5 months (20 weeks) of consistent focus, hard work and discipline, I achieved my desired body shape. I went from 78kg to 66kg body weight by gaining lean muscle mass, losing excess fat, and improving my strength and endurance. Additionally, the mental strength and effectiveness in other areas of life that I gained through this fitness journey are truly remarkable.

The reason to share this story of mine with you is to prove that, if a normal person like me can achieve this, so can you! It's all about consistency, discipline, and following and believing in the right process, which is where I can help you.

  • The communication will happen over WhatsApp Chat. At any point you can share your queries. To which, Coach Jatin and his team will revert with a detailed response - as text or a voice note. Please note there are no voice or video calls involved in the process. You can see the next FAQ to understand why we do not communicate through calls.

  • We prefer to keep things organized and well documented. You can ask any questions you have via chat on WhatsApp, where we will provide thorough and clear answers, along with any relevant resources or links. This level of detail is not possible over a call.

    Additionally, having a chat record of our conversation helps to document your entire fitness journey. We don't think adding calls would add enough value to justify the cost increase, and we want to offer our coaching at a more affordable price point. Our approach has been proven to be effective and efficient with our past clients.

  • The time interval is up to you to decide. For noticeable progress, a minimum commitment of 3 months is required. Optimal transformations usually take 6 months or more. Remember, fitness is a lifelong journey and we aim to streamline your learning process and save you time. By committing to a longer time frame, not only does it make coaching more cost-effective in the long run, it also shows higher commitment from you which leads to a greater chance of success.

  • There is a 10% extra discount above the offered price to you, if you enrol with a buddy or a companion.

  • Your personalized nutrition plan is going to be detailed and organized. You'll have full day meals and know exactly how many portions (in grams) to have for each ingredient. To start, we'll keep things simple and make sure you can easily follow the meal plan. It's like learning to drive - you start on a safe and straightforward road, then gradually advance. Similarly, once you get the hang of the simple meal plan, you'll be able to eat anything, anywhere. Our goal is not to limit you with a strict diet, but to empower you with the skills of mindful eating.

    Even if you want to deviate from the meal plan and have something different, the plan will still provide you with a rough idea of the macro breakdown. And don't worry, your coach will always be there to provide feedback and suggestions when you share your meal pictures through the mobile app. Think of the nutrition plan as a foundation that will help you quickly master the art of healthy eating.

  • Absolutely not. The central principle of our coaching approach is to teach individuals how to eat properly. The focus is not on altering the specific foods they consume, but rather on promoting a sustainable and achievable daily eating regimen for the rest of their lives. Fancy cuisine is simply a ploy for marketing purposes, as food serves primarily as a source of nourishment. The goal is to develop a healthy eating plan that prioritizes practicality and convenience above all else, with the aim of establishing a new, healthier lifestyle.
